Tips for ending flatus

Hydration in the training:
it is very important to drink water while doing physical activity, but do not overdo it but the stomach will become soaked and end up suffering flatus. What is indicated is to drink the water necessary to keep you hydrated and small sips.
Do not eat right before exercising:
Training on an empty stomach is not a good idea, but doing it with a full stomach is still less. That’s why we advise you to eat about two hours before playing sports and make it a rather light meal.

Breathing properly is one of the keys so that flatus does not appear. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Thus, it is less likely to appear.
How to fight flatus while doing sports

Take a deep breath:
The first thing you have to do when you notice the pain is to stop for a moment or decrease the intensity of the workout. Flatulence is an ephemeral pain that goes away while you rest.
Rest a few minutes:
If doing a little break in your workout continues without disappearing, breathe deeply. It is the way to totally empty the air of the lungs and in consequence, you will relax the diaphragm favoring the disappearance of the abdominal pain.
Massage the area of the abdomen:
If breathing deeply the pain has not yet disappeared, massage gently or stretch the affected area.
